First, you seed the escrow by depositing our marketing retainer (for example, $10,000) into an account of your choosing. Next, you continue to fund your own ad spend directly on Google, Meta, Bing, and any other platforms—your card, your budgets—while we handle daily campaign management on your behalf. In approximately two to eight weeks, we’ll deliver your fully optimized new website (up to 1,000 pages), complete SEO and directory‑listing management, professional graphic design and drone videography, paid‑media campaigns across Google Guaranteed, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, plus seamless form, chat and call‑tracking integration. The three‑month term officially begins the day your site goes live and your ads start running.
We Hit Your KPIs—or You Get Your Money Back
At the end of month three, we’ll measure performance against three key growth metrics—qualified leads (calls, form fills, chats) up at least 10%, website traffic and reach up 30%, (the actual figures we agree upon are always custom). What we need from you

Timely action is critical—please approve creative work, provide content, and finalize budget changes within seven days so we can stay on schedule. We also need full administrative access to your website host, ad platforms, CRM, directory listings, and analytics tools. Finally, active communication—quick responses to our questions—keeps the momentum going and drives the best results.
